Yamadori
Collecting trees is one of the best parts of bonsai. That includes wandering in the mountains, hanging out with my friends, the excitement and joy of finding something special…something exquisite. But also, yamadori hunting includes blood, sweat and tears, painful back and broken bones. But I love it. Everything pays of later when you are driving home with a beast in your trunk. Yamadori hunting is the most exciting part of my bonsai life.
